They are wound using Grade 2 Enamelled Wire or Nomex Covered Rectangular Strip.
Class F Insulation and to Standard IS-EN-60076.

Which can be Supplied as Panel Mounting or Enclosed in IP23 Sheet Steel Enclosure. If Required IP66 also available.
These can be manufactured with 380/400V/415V Input. 208V,230V, 400V or indeed other Voltages on output or Input.
In general they are Delta/Star Connected. But can be Delta/Delta, Star/Star. Depending on customer requirements.
Smaller Transformers will have Clamp Type Din Rail Mounted Terminals. Larger Units with Higher Currents will Have Busbar Connections.

Single Phase Transformers / Panel Mounting
We manufacture a range of panel mounted Transformers from 200VA-20kVA. They can be made for 230V or 400V Input. 400V, 230V, 110V 24V outputs or other voltages if required.
Class F insulation to BS-EN-60076
CE marked and Approved.
These can be fitted in a sheet steel enclosure. Standard is IP23 but if IP55 or IP 66 is required that is no problem.
